TEL NEXX, a Tokyo Electron back-end semiconductor equipment provider, was hindered by time-consuming, error-prone paper and spreadsheet quality processes that slowed response to customers and obscured traceability. To modernize data capture and enable continuous improvement while preserving production flow, TEL NEXX selected InfinityQS and its ProFicient software to replace manual data entry and provide shop-floor visibility.

InfinityQS rolled out ProFicient in phases—starting in consumables and expanding to production lines with tablets for operator entry and integrations to label printing and test stands—eliminating duplicate data entry and delivering real-time metrics.
