A InfinityHR Case Study
Openet Telecom, a global BSS software vendor with about 250 U.S. employees and contractors, was struggling with a slow, paper‑based open enrollment process that required international mailing, scanned PDFs and extensive manual data entry. Wanting to move from time‑consuming active enrollment to a passive enrollment model, Openet engaged InfinityHR and chose its CoreHR platform with the Benefits Management module to address remote‑worker administration, carrier feeds and automated benefits processing.
InfinityHR implemented CoreHR and the Benefits Management module, enabling employee self‑service, automated carrier EDI feeds, address updates, qualifying‑event handling and one‑click reporting. As a result Openet ran its first passive open enrollment in 2018, has managed open enrollment for 250 employees seamlessly for six years, automated EDI file delivery to carriers, eliminated hardcopy paperwork and cut manual compilation time from hours to minutes.
