Building Trust Through Updates, How InfinityHR and BenefitMall Worked Together to Improve HCM Functionality

BenefitMall, a national provider of employee benefits, payroll and HR services with 1,300+ employees serving over 200,000 businesses, relied on the InfinityHR platform (including its age-banded benefits module) to deliver HR solutions to clients. Over time BenefitMall — led by Sam Gangloff, Professional Services Manager — confronted an aging user interface, slow navigation and manual data-entry in the age-banded benefits pages, and a need to move from USPS-based paperwork to digital signatures.

InfinityHR responded with a 2018 rebrand and redesigned UI, updates to the age-banded benefits module to streamline navigation and automate manual steps, and integration of EZSign for electronic signatures. As a result, InfinityHR’s changes increased interest in the platform, enabled BenefitMall’s team to implement client benefits more quickly, and eliminated postal delays by delivering faster, browser- or email-based signature turnaround via EZSign.
