Fortrea partnered with Infinitus and its AI agent to help streamline this process.
With Infinitus, Fortrea Patient Access automated payor calls and integrated the AI agent into its existing workflow so collected data could flow directly into its system. The results included 15–30 minutes of phone time unlocked per case for employees and 98% continued benefit verification quality across all programs, while also improving consistency and freeing staff to focus more on patient and provider support.
