Choice Hotels International, one of the world’s largest hotel chains, needed vetted vendor support for its independently owned and operated franchisees to help control labor costs, reduce employer risk, and attract and retain talent without disrupting franchise autonomy. INFINITI HR, a professional employer organization (PEO), was selected to support hospitality management companies with a cost-effective solution designed for the hotel industry, including payroll, HR software, insurance procurement, and recruitment support.

INFINITI HR was named a Qualified Vendor for Choice Hotels and provided a brand-wide PEO solution for member-owners and hospitality management companies supporting Choice properties. The implementation helped stabilize labor costs, deliver approximate annual aggregate savings of 20%, and enable faster expansion without added back-office overhead. Choice Hotels also reported strong service quality and adopted INFINITI HR across its management company and 12 hotels.
