Infinite Computer Solutions worked with a Fortune 500 US Healthcare Company that supports Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) for states and providers. The customer was running a fragmented legacy environment of 30 applications, including COTS products such as DocFinity and xPression, and needed to handle around 4 million claims a month, 40,000 providers, and 1 million recipients while meeting demanding processing performance targets.

Infinite Computer Solutions recommended and built a robust MMIS product on the IBM WebSphere suite using SOA and the Blaze Advisor Rules Engine, with integration to reporting, document management, and claims-processing tools. The new solution reduced development, customization, and implementation costs, improved scalability and high availability, and made it easier to implement healthcare regulation changes quickly while supporting faster claims and payment processing.
