Union Public Schools (Tulsa, Oklahoma; 15,500 students) faced a decade‑old student information system that was at end of life and lacked mobile access, robust scheduling, integrated teacher tools and effective parent communication. After evaluating more than 40 systems, the district selected Infinite Campus for its web‑based, intuitive SIS and mobile‑friendly user interface.

Infinite Campus deployed its core SIS along with the Campus Portal/Mobile Portal App and Campus Online Registration, giving parents real‑time access to assignments, grades and attendance with push notifications and mobile access on iOS and Android. By eliminating third‑party applications and pre‑populating registration via Campus Census, Infinite Campus reduced duplicate data entry, shortened enrollment lines, enabled staff to focus on residency verification, and provided enrollment reporting (four report types) — delivering measurable time and cost savings and improved communication for the district.
