Pequot Lakes School District - Customer Case Study

Pequot Lakes School District selected Infinite Campus in 2022 after finding its previous student information system created extra work for staff, had subpar onboarding and support, and struggled to connect with other software platforms. District leaders said the old system had been improperly implemented and that resolving more than twelve issues in March 2022 still left some problems outstanding.

Infinite Campus helped the district develop an implementation schedule and guided staff through weekly meetings, training, and a trial site ahead of go-live. The district said the move would eliminate the need for other software platforms and cost significantly less than its previous SIS, while also improving support, ease of use, messaging, and integration with Schoology.
