A Infinite Campus Case Study
Omaha Public Schools (OPS), the largest district in Nebraska serving more than 47,000 students across 100+ schools and programs, needed an integrated student information system (SIS) with features for special education and elementary lesson planning after their legacy SASI system lost support. Infinite Campus scored highest among vendors during demonstrations and was awarded the OPS SIS contract to address these district-wide logistical and scalability challenges.
Infinite Campus delivered an efficient, cost‑effective implementation—working with channel partner CIC and a Campus Process Consultant—to guide data cleaning, project management, training, and change management. The result was a successful go‑live on Infinite Campus, strong teacher adoption (including entering assignments and grades from home), secure access to student information, and improved parent communication, enabling OPS to support its 47,000+ students with a scalable SIS.
