Minocqua Joint School District, in North Central Wisconsin, serves 582 PreK–8 students across one elementary and two charter schools. After seven years with PowerSchool they wanted a long-term, education-focused SIS and selected Infinite Campus in summer 2013 to replace a modified system and consolidate functions like food service, special education, and notifications.

Infinite Campus implemented its core SIS along with Campus Food Service and Campus Messenger with Voice, eliminating third-party apps and streamlining operations. The district found Campus easier to use than their previous vendor, significantly reduced processing time for low food-service account balances—saving staff "numerous hours per day"—and gained automated attendance, low-balance and emergency communication capabilities, all with a smooth summer transition ready for the first day of school.
