Lakeland Union High School - Customer Case Study

Lakeland Union High School in Minocqua, Wisconsin (717 students) was using PowerSchool but needed a more modern SIS with strong local support and better reporting to streamline administration and personalize learning. They selected Infinite Campus for its core student information system and optional Campus Food Service, in part because Infinite Campus is supported locally by the Wisconsin Regional Computer Centers (WiRCC).

Infinite Campus led an implementation that kicked off in March 2014 and converted 99% of Lakeland’s data on the first pass, with weekly health checks and hands-on support. The district gained powerful Ad Hoc reporting, the ability to create static and dynamic student lists and exportable reports, proactive WiRCC support and updates, and a Campus Food Service integration that streamlined cafeteria operations and improved parent access — all delivered by Infinite Campus.
