A Infinite Campus Case Study
Kenosha Unified School District, a 23,000‑student district in Wisconsin, faced a failing legacy student information system that could no longer meet their needs for data, reporting, analysis and growing user interaction. After a statewide SIS RFP, the district selected Infinite Campus to replace the aging system and meet Wisconsin reporting requirements.
Infinite Campus implemented its centralized SIS (including Campus Online Registration) with local support from the Wisconsin Regional Computing Center, giving KUSD a single real‑time database, online enrollment for parents, and built‑in state reporting. The Infinite Campus solution lowered annual costs, saved district staff hours by aligning with Wisconsin reporting, enabled parents to update student records online, and allowed staff to run four distinct reports on applications and enrollment status—streamlining data collection and improving communication.
