A Infinite Campus Case Study
Hendrick Hudson School District (HHSD) in Montrose, New York, serving about 2,800 students, was struggling with an outdated, non‑integrated SIS (SASI) that produced inconsistent data entry across schools, cumbersome access to information, limited family communication, and time‑consuming state reporting. The district selected Infinite Campus to replace SASI because it offered an integrated system with single‑point data entry, an integrated gradebook and health module, and a parent/staff portal.
Infinite Campus deployed its multi‑tier student information system and worked with channel partner Custom Computer Services for on‑site training and custom reporting; Infinite Campus also keeps the system aligned with state and federal reporting mandates. As a result, HHSD streamlined state reporting, eliminated several third‑party applications, reduced overall costs compared with the prior system, and achieved significant time and resource savings—delivering a clear return on investment for the district.
