A Infinite Campus Case Study
Green Bay Area Public Schools (GBAPS), a district of 21,117 students in Green Bay, Wisconsin, had implemented the Infinite Campus student information system in 2011. While using a third-party vendor to manage Free and Reduced Application Management (FRAM), the district found the process costly and inefficient and moved to Campus FRAM (included with the core SIS) for the 2012–13 school year to centralize eligibility processing and protect student data.
Infinite Campus deployed Campus FRAM—using tools like the Household and Online Application Editor, Eligibility Import Wizard, Eligibility and Verification tabs, and built‑in reports—centralizing all information in one database, reducing staff time on separate applications, and improving multi‑department data sharing and accuracy. As a result, online FRAM submissions increased from about 50 in 2012–13 to more than 100 in 2013–14, eligibility processing became timelier for families, and GBAPS benefited from ongoing support and 24/7 Campus Community resources from Infinite Campus.
