Emmett Independent School District (Emmett ISD 221) in Emmett, Idaho, serving 2,568 students, struggled with a fragmented legacy SIS (SchoolMaster) that left each school with separate databases, duplicate student records, and staff requiring up to nine different logins. To address inaccurate data, time-consuming re-entry, and a lack of district-wide visibility, the district turned to Infinite Campus and its student information system.

Infinite Campus implemented an integrated SIS including state reporting tools, Campus Special Education, Campus Reporting and Analysis, the Campus Portal and Campus Mobile Portal, enabling data to be entered once and accessed in real time. As a result, Emmett gained accurate, on-time state reporting, eliminated multiple logins, reduced duplicate records, and gave parents and students immediate access to grades, attendance and assignments (replacing once-daily refreshes), with a smooth implementation and responsive support from Infinite Campus.
