Dike-New Hartford Community School District, a 850-student district in Dike, Iowa, needed to replace a seven‑year‑old student information system with a web‑based, mobile-friendly solution. Several neighboring districts were already using Infinite Campus, and Dike‑New Hartford chose to implement Infinite Campus in the fall of 2013 to gain modern portal and mobile access for staff, students and parents.

Infinite Campus, working with channel partner Computer Information Concepts (CIC), led the implementation and delivered the Campus Portal, Mobile Portal App, Campus Food Service with POS options, and a single student data repository. The rollout produced immediate, measurable benefits: accurate student schedules on day one, smoother lunch lines, elimination of manual entry of four‑digit PINs through barcode scanners/keypads, real‑time parent access to grades, attendance and lunch balances, and consolidated assessment and behavior data to inform staff decisions — all enabled by Infinite Campus.
