A Infinite Campus Case Study
Cut Bank School District, a four-school district in Glacier County, Mont. serving 729 students, had relied for years on a complex, non-intuitive student information system that required programming help. Seeking an easier, better-supported solution, Cut Bank chose Infinite Campus — the same SIS used by the Montana OPI — for its ease of use, web-based functionality, and optional Campus Food Service and POS capabilities.
Infinite Campus implemented a single, web-based SIS in 2012–13, allowing data to be entered once and accessed in real time across the district, and added Campus Food Service with touch-screen POS and parent portal access. The switch consolidated systems, eliminated transaction processing time, gave parents real-time account visibility, and leveraged Infinite Campus’s award-winning support and ICU training (97% support satisfaction; calls answered within three rings), saving the district time, money, and resources.
