A Infinite Campus Case Study
Campbell County Schools in Alexandria, Kentucky (5,000 students) struggled with a slow, non–web-based food service system that required two separate systems, took up to three days to enroll students, and lacked prior‑year activity data. To improve cafeteria management, parent communication, and data accuracy, the district — already using Campus SIS — selected Campus Food Service from Infinite Campus in 2013.
Infinite Campus implemented Campus Food Service (including FRAM), integrated POS options, and Campus Portal access, centralizing student data and enabling immediate lunch program enrollment. The Infinite Campus solution delivered faster application processing and concise reporting, parent access to account balances, cost savings by using existing computers and cheaper PIN pads, and increased cash flow through streamlined federal verification.
