EDP Group, a leading global energy company, needed to keep up with exponential data growth of around one petabyte a year while maintaining performance and disaster recovery across two data centers. To support its virtualized environment, EDP evaluated storage options and selected Infinidat’s InfiniBox platform for its flexible pricing, capacity, and advanced technology.

Infinidat implemented two InfiniBox arrays, one in each data center, to support VMware vSphere Enterprise workloads. The deployment was completed in about two months, and EDP reported high performance, ultra-low latency, smooth VMware integration, strong support, and lower total cost of ownership—helping improve customer experience with a zero-touch, “set it and forget it” solution.
