Peczuh Printing, a Utah-based print provider established in 1962, needed a better way to keep up with growing demand for online ordering and tighter integration between its web-to-print platform and MIS/workflow systems. Its previous software had limited API capabilities, making it difficult to automate processes and connect customer orders directly into production.

Infigo provided a cloud-based web-to-print platform with a strong API, integrated with Tharstern MIS and other workflow tools to automate product mapping, job submission, estimating, reporting, imposition, stock management, billing and shipping. The result was a highly connected workflow that helped Peczuh process hundreds of jobs a day with very little effort, reduce manual steps, and turn low-value jobs into profitable work, while expanding successful customer storefronts from 12 SKUs to over 200.
