GrogTag, a Sacramento-based company serving microbreweries, wineries, and vineyards, wanted a more flexible way to let customers create custom labels. Its old platform was rigid and difficult to maintain, and it couldn’t support simple requests like adding extra text or another photo. GrogTag was also looking for a single platform that could handle web-to-print editing, CMS functionality, administration, and e-commerce, so it chose Infigo.

Infigo implemented its web-to-print software to give GrogTag more powerful design tools and a simpler platform to run storefronts more efficiently. The system was integrated with GrogTag’s MIS and HP SiteFlow PrintOS, automating order and workflow handoffs and removing a lot of manual work. As a result, GrogTag says it can set up and maintain storefronts faster, improve efficiency, and give customers more freedom to create highly personalized designs.
