Arizona State University’s Print and Imaging Lab needed a better way to support a wide range of print requests from students and staff, from ID cards and assignments to merchandise, signage, and business materials. A major challenge was maintaining brand consistency because old content and outdated templates were still available, making it easy for users to create printed pieces with incorrect branding. Infigo’s web-to-print platform was brought in to help streamline and control the ordering process.

With Infigo’s cloud-based web-to-print software, ASU was able to consolidate more than 1,200 templates down to 200, including reducing 120+ business card templates to just five. The platform cut average order time in half, improved brand control by removing redundant designs, and helped the lab generate new revenue from services such as dye sublimation pieces, luggage tags, and photo books. Infigo’s responsive support also helped the team and students build dynamic templates and implement the system successfully.
