Solv Health is a US digital front door for patients seeking affordable care, helping them find and book urgent care, telehealth, and in-person services. To better guide patients to the right level of care faster, improve loyalty and retention, increase telemedicine use, and capture more data on patient needs and urgency, Solv chose Infermedica’s API-based symptom checker.

Infermedica implemented an intelligent triaging and symptom-checking experience for Solv, including patient education, intent survey, pediatrics content, and booking prompts tailored by triage level, location, and insurance. The results were strong: more than 1.47 million completed interviews, a 56% completion rate, an NPS of 42.65, and over 25% of users proceeded to booking, generating 2x more appointments than non-users.
