With Infermedica’s technology, Diagnostikare created a guided patient flow that collects symptoms, updates records, and helps route users to the right care faster. The results were strong: the symptom checker was used over 20,000 times, average visit time dropped from 20 to 12.5 minutes, urgent patients could be seen in about 15 minutes, and operational efficiency increased by 39%.
