XP Investments, a securities broker serving institutional and retail clients, partnered with InEvent to modernize its invite-only Experience Tomorrow event at the Four Seasons Hotel, Miami. XP needed a way to communicate with and engage roughly 285 guests before, during and after the event, secure and control access for invitees in real time, and move attendee management off error-prone spreadsheets.

InEvent delivered the Experience Tomorrow Live App, encrypted access control and an Attendees Management & Analytics workflow via the InEvent Platform, enabling personalized agendas, real-time check-ins and streamlined communications. The solution drove 166 app downloads, supported all 285 attendees, achieved a 97% approval rating, reduced operational errors and earned strong positive feedback — all credited to InEvent’s event technology.
