XP Investments, a multinational financial institution, faced rapid growth with its Expert XP conference—growing 4,000% over eight years and aiming to double attendance from 10,000 to more than 20,000 in 2018. To manage complex accreditation, multiple audience types and a high-touch attendee experience, XP Investments engaged InEvent for its adaptable event management platform and end-to-end technology project management (website, mobile app, digital accreditation and live support).
InEvent delivered a tailored solution including a synchronized event website, a white‑label mobile app, ticket manager, QR-code self‑service accreditation, targeted email campaigns and on‑site live support, backed by 10 months of project management. The platform handled 46,753 emails, supported over 60 ticket types across four audiences, enabled 1,089 app posts, 1,643 award votes, 396 attendee questions and tracked nearly 500,000 interaction points; accreditation scored above 9/10 and queues were eliminated. By using InEvent’s technology and support, XP Investments successfully scaled Expert XP to over 20,000 attendees while improving engagement, access control and real‑time analytics for future events.
