Sonepar, a global leader in the distribution of electrical materials, needed to integrate employees and their families from 41 units across Brazil during its annual Open Doors event and to enable communication and interaction independent of hierarchical levels. To meet this challenge, Sonepar partnered with InEvent to deliver a custom mobile platform—an event app with a news feed, push notifications, a web manager and integrated gamification.

InEvent’s solution combined personalized invites, an interactive news feed, strategic push notifications and mission-based gamification managed via the web portal, enabling HR to drive engagement and track activity in real time. The event saw 714 attendees, 454 app downloads, 84% engagement, more than 150,000 interactions and over 2,500 posts; all data were captured in the InEvent platform, boosting company culture, enabling targeted HR actions and establishing a single digital communication channel for the event.
