Pharmaceutical giant Libbs partnered with InEvent to transform its main convention into a digital and interactive experience

Libbs, a 60‑year‑old pharmaceutical company with about 2,500 employees, partnered with InEvent to digitize its 7th annual sales convention in Punta Cana. Facing 1,200 attendees and 1,850 activities, Libbs needed every participant to complete personalized agendas two weeks in advance, control session access, track real‑time attendance, centralize logistics (rooms, flights, transfers), notify late planners via AI, and reduce reliance on technical support — all from a single platform.

InEvent implemented a unified solution using its platform (InEvent Start, InEvent Hospitality, InEvent Live App and InEvent Pass): attendees were imported into segmented clusters, an AI algorithm built and monitored schedules, hospitality automated room and flight details, the app handled communications and offline schedules, and IoT‑enabled accreditation tracked access in real time. The InEvent deployment centralized logistics and attendee tracking, increased organizer autonomy, and delivered strong results across 1,850 sessions and 1,200 attendees with 99% approval and consistently positive participant feedback.
