InEvent assists SulAmerica in improving communication and access control at multiple events

SulAmérica Seguros, a longstanding Brazilian insurance company with more than 7 million customers, over 5,000 employees and a 30,000‑broker distribution network, ran 12 diverse corporate events in 2018 and needed a truly digital, centrally managed experience for employees and independent brokers. To meet that challenge they engaged InEvent to provide an event platform and white‑label mobile app (branded as SulAmerica Events) for registration, access control and communication.

InEvent implemented a single platform combining a calendar, customizable registration and RSVP forms, live analytics dashboard, encrypted QR‑code check‑in (with optional self‑service kiosks), push notifications, event websites and on‑site support. InEvent managed all 12 events — from CarreiraCon (200 attendees) to New Generation Broker (40 attendees) — enabling elimination of paper attendee lists, real‑time attendance tracking and printable reports, faster check‑ins and improved engagement through push notifications and the news feed, while providing a 6‑hour SLA for support.
