How InEvent & Santander created a digital experience at the largest corporate event in Latin America

Santander needed to run a secure, high‑volume employee-only event for roughly 40,000 people with tight requirements for privacy, fast and non‑transferable accreditation, real‑time communication, gate control and offline access for attendees. To meet those challenges Santander engaged InEvent to provide accreditation, engagement and communication technologies, including the InEvent Pass and the Santander Events app.

InEvent implemented InEvent Pass (unique, cached QR codes integrated with stadium turnstiles), the Santander Events app, an Interactive Ranking System and onsite support, plus push‑notification and referral campaigns to drive adoption. The result: 38,927 attendees served, 98.7% app download rate (35,000+ installs), sub‑3‑second entry per person and extensive engagement—over 3 million data points collected, +100% engagement, 5,800 messages, 10,000 posts, 16,800 likes and 2,912 social shares—demonstrating InEvent’s measurable impact.
