Held annually in India, the event proposed the reunion of its global leaders of Coca-Cola Asia to unite, act and grow into a single system.

Coca-Cola engaged InEvent to modernize its One System Conference in India, a two-day reunion of Coca‑Cola Asia leaders and more than 250 bottlers. Coca-Cola’s challenge was to introduce innovation, automate processes, and deliver an efficient, user-friendly event experience including streamlined check‑in and attendee management.

InEvent deployed its platform — including InEvent Analytics, RSVP, Mobile Platform, Automatic Registration and Beacons & NFC — to provide a customized app, automated enrollment/check‑in, real‑time booth tracking and secure access. The implementation generated 318 app downloads, 33,696 data captures and 948 chat messages, supported more than 350 on‑site participants with reported 100% engagement, and delivered clearer ROI insights; Coca-Cola praised InEvent’s customizations and on‑site support.
