Great Place To Work ran the GPTW Women awards to recognize companies that advance women's leadership and needed to boost attendee engagement, communicate before/during/after the event, and monitor real-time event data. InEvent supported the digital transformation using its digital solutions — including in-company training, a personalized event website, email marketing, a dedicated app and the InEvent Pass accreditation system.

InEvent delivered three days of team training, built a custom 24/7 website (more than 300 online enrollments), managed AI-backed email campaigns and launched an exclusive app and QR-based InEvent Pass for fast accreditation. The results included 351 attendees, 509 post-event surveys, a 92% app engagement rate and seamless, queue-free check-in — demonstrating measurable improvements in engagement and operational efficiency thanks to InEvent.
