Globo TV, a major broadcaster with more than 10,000 employees and over 100 million daily viewers, ran two exclusive events for more than 2,000 media professionals and turned to InEvent software to deliver an integrated, branded experience. Their challenges included providing a 100% integrated workflow across communication, registration, engagement and post-event analysis, simplifying operational management with customizable branding, standardizing operations across two states, and generating real-time event data.

InEvent implemented branded registration forms, a CRM-driven engagement flow, automated transactional email marketing with AI-based email validation, and synchronized access control to track arrivals live. The InEvent platform produced measurable impact: 2,718 invitations sent, a 92% enrollment rate and a 97% email delivery rate, while enabling real-time reporting and operational efficiencies—Globo TV is now planning to leverage the InEvent API to deepen its data strategy.
