Cielo, the largest payment system company in Latin America, brought together 1,000+ employees for a convention and needed to simplify event management, improve communication, and boost participant engagement. To meet these goals Cielo worked with InEvent, using the InEvent Mobile App along with Automatic Registration, logistics/hospitality features and local OnSite support.

InEvent deployed a branded mobile app, automated accreditation (totems, tablets and label printing), centralized logistics and RSVP management, and provided onsite operator support. The result was high engagement and smooth operations: 1,125 app downloads, 566,451 captured data points, 1,140 chat messages, 100% attendee participation in the app and no registration queues—demonstrating InEvent’s impact on communication, automation and attendee experience.
