Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business partnered with InetSoft through its Academic Alliance Program to give Computing and Decision Sciences students hands-on access to business intelligence (BI) tools. The challenge was to move beyond textbook learning in undergraduate and graduate quantitative methods and IT courses by incorporating real-world data analytics tools that deepen students’ practical understanding.

The solution was to integrate InetSoft’s data visualization and BI software into classroom labs and assignments via the Academic Alliance, a global program that provides university access to InetSoft’s platform. As a result, students across multiple courses gained practical experience with enterprise-grade BI software, enhancing learning outcomes and exposing them to the power and flexibility of modern data visualization tools.
