InetSoft provided performance management software to the STOP TB Partnership (a WHO organization) to solve a pressing reporting and transparency challenge: create interactive, web-based reports and dashboards so donors, partners and program managers could monitor the efficacy of tuberculosis elimination programs. The Global Drug Facility (GDF), the Partnership’s procurement arm, needed a solution that supported performance-based tracking, donor-specific access and a low-cost central architecture; WHO ran a six-month evaluation of 21 BI products to find a fit.
InetSoft’s client-server platform delivered configurable dashboards and live web reports for GDF and other WHO units, giving stakeholders real-time visibility into program performance and partner activity. The solution increased transparency for donors and partners, enabled WHO units to build their own monitoring tools without heavy investment, and supported GDF’s ongoing mission to expand access to high-quality TB treatment.
