AgKnowledge is a cloud-based agribusiness SaaS for small and medium fresh fruit and vegetable producers and distributors, acquired by DiD Integration in 2018. DiD needed to ingest mobile and sensor data into a multitenant AS/400 database and serve a diverse client base with widely varying report horizons, report complexity and usability needs—while avoiding heavy database strain from multi-year historical queries.

DiD implemented InetSoft’s Style Intelligence, using reusable logical and physical data models, tailored data worksheets, dashboard-building tools, scheduled exports and a proprietary data grid cache. The solution accelerated report and dashboard development, enabled client self-service and automated reporting, and handled large historical datasets efficiently—delivering predictive KPIs (e.g., projected shipments and revenue) and significant time savings for both developers and clients.
