Expanding service offerings with NCR and INETCO

Sinergia, formed in 2012 from a merger of regional IT providers, delivers centralized IT services to 168 rural banks and manages 2,000+ ATMs on Italy’s Banche di Credito Cooperativo network. Facing a complex, multi-vendor ATM and application environment, Sinergia needed proactive, self-reliant access to device analytics and real-time transaction intelligence without depending on individual banks or ATM vendors.

By deploying NCR’s APTRA Vision together with INETCO Insight, Sinergia gained non-invasive, end-to-end transaction monitoring and multi-vendor ATM management—real-time alerts, message decoding, timing correlation and hop-by-hop visibility across ATMs, switches, networks and data centers. The integrated solution reduced transaction performance issues, improved ATM uptime and availability, sped problem resolution, surfaced anomalies like cash-trapping fraud, and enabled Sinergia to scale and extend services to more banks.
