The company needed a better way to handle planning, procurement, compliance, and project tracking across a highly demanding, multi-year effort.

InEight helped Kiewit manage more than 4,000 checklists, 2,100 punch lists, 6,000 tags, and up to 80 users at once, while simplifying reporting, invoices, vendor back-charges, and contract management to support on-time completion of the South Fork Wind substation.
