Baseline, an infrastructure consultancy based in Oslo, Norway, was selected by state-owned aviation agency Avinor to manage the complex $720 million New Bodø Airport project, a multi-year build involving hundreds of subcontractors. The main challenge was maintaining visibility into budget, progress, and productivity across a large shared-risk construction program.

To address this, Baseline used InEight software to manage schedules, costs, changes, reporting, and more, giving project teams real-time visibility and a single version of the truth. With InEight, Baseline kept the project on track and completed the first phase under budget, while improving alignment and enabling tighter control across delivery partners.
