Pratt & Larson Ceramics, Inc. (P&L) is a national designer and manufacturer of decorative tile that had grown from a two-person studio to a complex operation with production, distribution and a showroom. Facing significant shipping, physical inventory and production-planning challenges and the need to link manufacturing with retail operations, Pratt & Larson selected INDUSTRIOS Software (INDUSTRIOS) to provide a robust enterprise/inventory solution.

INDUSTRIOS implemented real-time inventory management, physical inventory/cycle-count tools, vendor management, PO-to-sales-order linking, customer-specific shipping labels and automated intercompany (virtual dropship) transactions.
