Daytech Ltd Takes Shelter from Rising Production Costs and Protects Growth with Industrios and Sage 300 ERP

Daytech Limited, a North American leader in transit shelters, kiosks and street furniture with a 40,000 sq. ft. facility and over 60,000 installations, faced capacity pressure from rapid growth and extensive subcontracting (notably powder-coating at an ISO‑9001 partner). To gain better cost control, manage 1,500 job‑related subcontract parts and streamline quoting-to-production, Daytech replaced its legacy system with INDUSTRIOS (integrated with Sage 300 ERP), including INDUSTRIOS’ Subcontract Services Management.

INDUSTRIOS implemented end-to-end subcontract workflow tools—purchase orders, scheduling, pick/pack, receiving and job-level costing—plus job status reporting and shipping BOMs. As a result, INDUSTRIOS helped Daytech reduce subcontract order processing and receiving time, improve control and visibility of subcontract backorders, streamline quoting-through-production (eliminating Excel worksheets), and provide real‑time shop‑floor visibility for better capacity planning and cost transparency.
