The customer, Kiewit Energy Canada Corporation, a major construction and engineering organization, required advanced rigging training for its workforce to meet its high safety standards and fill gaps in its in-house program. They partnered with Industrial Training International (Interplay Learning) to provide their Advanced Rigger Training, Critical Lift Planning Training, and Crane Assembly & Disassembly Training on-site.

Industrial Training International sent three expert trainers to the Kearl Lake oil sands site for three weeks to deliver practical, hands-on training to over 50 Kiewit employees. The solution successfully standardized rigging practices across multiple trades, enhanced the skills of Kiewit's own trainers, and reinforced the company's core safety philosophy of "nobody gets hurt."
