A Inductive Automation Case Study
Stone Brewing, a fast-growing craft brewery with facilities in San Diego, Richmond, and Berlin, needed a better way to improve process efficiency, replace paper-based “sneaker-net” workflows, and give teams real-time visibility across brewing operations. The company turned to **Inductive Automation** and its **Ignition** platform for SCADA, MES, historical analysis, and related plant-floor applications.
Using **Inductive Automation’s Ignition**, Stone Brewing centralized data access, automated reporting, managed recipes and work orders, tracked downtime and KPIs, and extended control to pumps, valves, and its water reclamation system. The solution gave operators and managers real-time insights across more than 50 screens, helped reduce fermentation chill times to under 48 hours, and delivered a scalable, cost-effective platform that Stone plans to expand into additional facilities.
