Indium Software worked with a Web-Based CRM Service Provider that needed continuous regression testing because of frequent product changes. The customer also wanted to identify critical business scenarios, expand test coverage, and create a more reliable system test approach for its web-based CRM platform.

Indium Software set up a local build (Alpha) environment, created test plans, test cases, and business-level scenarios, and performed end-to-end integration, UAT, regression, UI, sanity, and usability testing. The engagement supported 2 major releases and 10 hotfixes, included around 100 integration test cases, and certified about 35 tickets, helping improve product quality and validation coverage.
