Indium Software worked with an Energy Solutions Provider offering solar leasing and clean electricity services to test a next-generation energy application deployed across web and mobile. The customer needed to ensure the consumer portal could support sign-ups for 10,000 users per month, handle 1–5 concurrent users on average with spikes up to 100, and deliver strong load and performance results.

Indium Software analyzed the business scenarios, built customized JMeter 5.0 test scripts, and validated the web and mobile app under 100 concurrent users while also running database volume tests with 25 concurrent users. By creating production-like test environments and sharing comprehensive reports, Indium Software helped achieve 3–4 second response times for portal loading and record saving, seamless tab transitions, and improved web/database server CPU and memory usage.
