Online Grocery Services Provider, an O2O e-grocery platform connecting kirana stores and customers through a hyperlocal model, needed to validate the functionality and end-to-end user experience of its online grocery application. The company wanted to ensure its ecommerce workflows, UI, integrations, and cross-browser behavior were reliable across key customer journeys such as search, login, cart, checkout, and payment.

Indium Software delivered functional, UI, integration, compatibility, smoke, sanity, negative, retest, and regression testing across the application, including browser and OS coverage, with a focus on critical grocery-commerce workflows and payment methods. Indium Software supported three releases, executed more than 700 test cases across those releases, reported around 300 issues including over 50 blocker defects, and achieved 100% test coverage across browsers.
