Digital Solutions Provider, a real estate digital solution provider, needed integrated QA across web and mobile applications while supporting agile releases, achieving 100% functional test coverage, and improving stability across devices and OS versions. To meet these goals, it partnered with Indium Software and leveraged QA services for functional, regression, integration, compatibility, exploratory, automation, and API testing, along with the iSAFE automation framework.

Indium Software implemented a sprint-based QA approach with detailed test management, parallel automation, browser/device compatibility validation, and real-time reporting. The engagement delivered 100% functional test coverage, 460+ defects identified in exploratory testing, 6,566 web functional test cases and 5,285 defects reported, plus strong automation scale with 733 web scripts and 67 mobile scripts; regression execution was reduced to about 2 hours for 300 test cases, accelerating release cycles and improving overall application quality.
