The customer needed end-to-end validation across supply chain, POS, and omnichannel workflows, along with support for daily promotional updates, new inventory, performance checks, and accessibility compliance.

Indium Software delivered functional and regression testing for core workflows, workflow analysis for user journeys and omnichannel touchpoints, vulnerability scoring for functionality and UX/UI, accessibility validation, and site performance/load testing using tools including QTP/UFT, Selenium, HP Performance Center, and JAWS 17.0. The engagement resulted in 100% test coverage, a business impact matrix for vulnerabilities, and accessibility recommendations that were implemented before the certified quality board assessment, helping the client save significantly on accessibility testing costs.
