Indium Software worked with an e-Payment Provider, a pioneer in contactless payments in Southeast Asia serving public transit and other sectors with more than 40 million cards issued. As transaction volumes grew rapidly, the customer needed to move from Oracle to the cloud and gain near real-time data capabilities to improve business insight and customer service.

Indium Software implemented a migration and analytics solution using Apache NiFi, Azure Blob, Azure SQL DW, and Power BI, moving data from Oracle into the cloud with efficient staging and bulk loading. The result was 80% better data visualization quality, 100% data recovery and availability, and 30% lower costs, while also automating ETL, enabling monitoring and alerting, and reducing manual effort.
